I am not sure about the first 3 lines but here is a possible translation for the last 3-- I lived in Germany for 5 years--- my dialects are (admittedly) not the best:

de nehms hahm- take him home
De ests auf- you eat it up
obo bleibt gleich kla- or he'll stay small.

This almost makes sense because if you've ever read Struvelpeter, you would know that the German folks are kind of twisted in the nursery rhyme department.
