Head - You understand by reading, studying, learning, or having things told to you clearly.
Heart - You have a feeling about something, it catches your attention or intrest, then you go and proceed to figure it out.
Which do you do more often? Which do you think is better? Why?

Head- you understand because you have been told or made aware
Heart - you understand because you feel it. You tend to feel peace whaen something is right and unrest when something is wrong.

My head, I'm way to guarded to go with my heart.
It's probably a hinderance a lot of times, but that's me!

To understand people I use my heart definitely. I am not logical when trying to understand a lot of things besides math. It's just the way my brain works. I can't really say either way is better than the other. Using your heart can make you become irrational if your not careful, but you need emotion and intuition sometimes to understand where someone else is coming from. They say being logical is smart but the problem with that is how do we know what is taught to us is right, and where is the compassion in logic. I think we need a little of both. Personally, those that are too logical I stay away from.

I follow my heart because it makes more senses to me. The reason that i don't follow my head is because I was born with sin and therefore i was a sinner, I am more likely to fall because of the lies of satin. What I mean is that satin can uses your mind to see what he wants you to see. Like when satin appeared to Jesus while he was fasting. What did satin do? Well he showed Jesus the cities on the top of a mountain. So I believe that satin gave Jesus a vision of the cities (that satin had), but as the story goes Jesus rebukes satin by putting god will first or his(same guy). Also when Jesus show the people he felt compassion and gave the people something to eat, more than 5,000 people ate. I hope you know the story. If not, than just know this. That Jesus did many things like healing people and making two fish into more than hundreds of fishes and many others things, although the bible he feels a need to help people. So I try to feel with my heart or in others words I act with my heart. I know that logic can't always help me in situations. I look to god for guides and I can feel it .so yes I think that the best way is to follow your heart.

Your heart is just a blood pump. It is better to use your head. understanding comes from the head always, never the heart. Example, Your heart beats fast when someone holds a gun to someone; is that love or not? Think about that? Use your head!

Everyone understands everything through their head. It's a figure of speech when someone says something comes from their heart, unless they're talking about blood.

It's important to use both. But mostly I rely on my heart. I think that it is important to understand something before jumping into a project (I'm an avid reader). But you're right more often when you follow your heart. That's why kids have a good idea about which adult they can trust.

Heart I think. Sure your mind is a great thing, but sometimes, the mind does not understand things of the spirit because it is of the flesh. The heart on the otherhand, can lead you where God wants you to go. Although, sometimes, they both can be dangerous.

Depends on the person. When evaluating your enemy, use your head predominately and your heart when your head fails. When dealing with friends and loved ones, use your heart except in an argument, where using the heart can lead to being overpassionate and driving people away.

Its easier to understand whats going on in my head, because its logical, but my heart ends up being right most of the time, because it picks up on things that I don't when I'm being logical.
