not really. Sorry. In order for a knock knock to be funny to me, the line after "who's there?" should be a name that gets punned in the last line, like:
knock knock.
who's there?
Harry.
Harry who?
Harry up and let me in. It's cold out here!
Your "coocoo" doesn't change meaning, so there is not a pun, ergo no joke. Again, sorry.
