WELL...SOME LADY SUED THEM FOR THEIR COFFEE BEIN' TOO HOT...BECAUSE SHE SPILLED IT ALL OVER HERSELF
AT THE WINDOW AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE..[DRIVE-UP]...
BECAUSE THE COFFEE WAS SO HOT, THAT SHE SCORCHED HERSELF....[IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN , SHE COL-LECTED].....BUT REMEMBER THAT YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TOO PROVE THAT THE HAIR CAME FORM THERE...YOU'LL NEED WITNESSES....AND IT WILL BE GOOD IF YOUR WITNESS IS SOME ONE THAT YOU DON'T KNOW...
SURE IF EVERYTHING IS IN PLACE....SUE THEIR BEHINDS OFF....GOOD LUCK.......IF SOMEONE IS OPERATING A PUBLIC "FOOD" PLACE THEY SHOULD BE "VERY" CONSCIOUS OF WHAT GOES OUT TO THE "CUSTOMER"...
THAT'S THE RESPONSIBILITY THAT THEY TAKE ON WHEN SERVING THE "PUBLIC"....IF YOU'VE BEEN "MISTREATED"
...ESPECIALLY WITHIN WHAT EVER IT IS THAT YOU'RE GONNA EAT..THEY GOTTA KNOW THAT THEIR FOOD IS "SAFE" FOR YOU...AND...GOOD FOR YOUR WELL BEING..

if you worked at restaurant there is a good chance your hair will get in food. you can sue all you want and you may not win. Dunkin donuts is a good place. What is hair going to do to you anyway.

if you get sick and can prove it was because of the hair, find a way to show how mucmoney you lost becaue of fallng sick etcetc,
