What can we do other than reading books just like that? Any ideas? I'm sure i need your help...

Only the Hard Work. Some people beleive that Intelligence is the key. But think if an intelligent person does not work, how the result comes. However, If an intelligent person work hard, he can acheive success with ease. An other important factor is EQ, the interactive quotient, how one interact with the people. But in a nut shell the Hard work is the key to success. All other factors are useless if there is no hard work. Contigency (Luck) factor are also important.
