Do lots of excersing, and just be careful at what you eat and drink. Do you drink lots of water? You are supposed to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day. That's what I am doing, and i feel better and look better all the time. The water is great! I don't like the taste but i like the benefits. Just remember at first you will have to go to the bathroom very often! Don't try and just do diest because you gain it all back later and it is unhealthy. Good luck and congratulations.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Sadly, rarely things come quick..but it can come painlessly. Just stick to cardiovascular exercise 5-6 days a week at moderate/strenuous intensity for 30-45 minutes. Try rowing, stair-stepping, treadmill, jogging, brisk walking, etc.
Be sure to keep to a balanced diet too with vegetables, lean meat, and whole grains. And perhaps reduce your caloric intake modestly like 200-300 calories a day.
In addition, try not to stress out. Stressing increasing your cortisol..which increases fat storage around stomach area.
Good luck.

build muscle in the area. increase your cardio (go for walks w/ your fiance)
increase your calcium intake (ie. yoplait light and a calcium supplement). even if you are taking a multi-vitamin- it probably only has around 50% of your total daily needs for calcium.
good luck!
