i was thinking he wasnt right in the head but he's pretty smart and really good at learning tricks..does anyone else have a puppy like mine?i think he figured if he doesnt move fast enough we'll pick him up and move him so maybe he's just spoiled i dunno....he moves like molasses lol

Dogs are pack animals...that is they stay close to those people or other dogs that they are familiar with. If you aren't moving, the puppy might not want to move either because it is close to you. Not all dogs develop right away either, the dog could just be shy and quiet.
