I love Apple Dapple bread!! It has real apples and cinnamon in it. It is always hot and fresh from the bakery. It is awesome with a little butter on it!! If they are out of that, then I love their Asiago and Cheddar Cheese Bread.....I think that I am going to the bakery after work now!!

Leaven rye bread, or done with a mixture of rye and wheat, as you find it in some European countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Russia, Poland....) because it has 'character' and tasts ...well, like 'real' bread.

I usually like Russian or Jewish rye with my sandwiches but homemade Italian or Artisan Asiago cheese bread for just snackin' on...mmmmm!
