You know, when you order chicken at KFC for instance, there's some organs that are still attached to the meat. What are they? Are they safe to eat? I've been giving them to my dogs and they seem to love it.

giblets I wouldn't eat them but yet I won't go to KFC

If you avoid the thigh pieces, you probably won't find these organ-like attachments that you are talking about. They are safe to eat, but go ahead and give them to your dogs if you don't want to try it.

They're giblets, or internal organs.

They are edible, but I wouldn't out right eat them if i were you. Here's a recipe for them if you want to want them.

Gizzards and livers. Yeah their safe to eat. I like them once in awhile.
