Everytime I go to mail a package. It's in the rules or something...

Not nearly as often as they encounter rude customers.

I always assume they just had the worst day when I get to them. And then I am extra nice to them and am sure to thank them. If they even seemed like they might be in a bad mood at first, by the time I leave they are usually smiling.

It hasn't happened very often. I encounter more rude employees at the DMV.

Only once, and that was years ago, when I was a child.

I encounter rude railway station employees all the time though.

Quite often. Very seldom do I find a quick government employee. I guess they get so use to people getting mad cause they are soooo slow that they become rude.

Exactly 3 times in 53 years.

One left his mail cart in my drive way when I was trying to back out.
One woman parked in a handicap spot--YES I reported her. And I had one woman at the post office make fun of the name of an organization I was working for.
