No. It would traumatize you for life. Look at Joe Dirt. It took him YEARS to get over the stigma. Better to shave your head bald than walk around looking like someone who got turned away from the Hi_Lo Trailer Court because they weren't up to the minimum standards. On the other hand, if your goal is to attract someone who headbangs in their muscle car to Winger or Poison, go for it. They'll be lining up to date you!

I know the kind of thing you are after, personally I wouldn't cos they're not in fashion anymore, they were more like 3 years ago. I would go for something for blunt like a nice side parted sleek bob, very now!
