Absolutely not, otherwise He wouldn't be God. If He were to pray, it would be to a higher Being, and if God prayed to a higher Being, then God wouldn't be "The Big Cheese" God, wouldn't He?
No, He never ever prays. As for Jesus praying, Jesus was a MAN ONLY. He was never God, because God doesn't have a God. The Trinity doctrine is a false doctrine.

while on the earth Jesus (God in the flesh) prayed (as an example for us) to God the Father. He doesn't pray to anyone currently.
