You CANNOT and you SHOULD NOT.. It is, generally speaking, NOT healthy to be losing more than 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a week.. I do not care what program you are on.. It just is NOT healthy. You have to(MUST MUST MUST) exercise. and stay away from greasy, fatty foods.. eat plenty of green vegetables (not peas) and fruits.

Depends how fat you are now, or how many kilos you want to loose to be "slim".

Anyways, in 15 days is a bit difficult to loose much weight.

well its gonna take longer.. but you can start by cutting out all fried foods, stop eating fast food, dont eat after 8 o'clock and DEFINATELY DRINK YOUR NECESSARY 8 CUPS OF WATER A DAY.... the water part helps the most... I think. It will help you lose a coupld lbs in 15 days.. after that you will have to continue to eat healthy and start to work out.

It can't be done. Sorry, you can hurt yourself if you aren't careful, but slimming down more than 5 pounds or so in two weeks can be unhealthy and dangerous.

Cabbage soup if you follow it you can loose up to 19 pounds in just 7 days. But be carefull it could make you light-headed.
