God does not punish us. We attract our experiences to ourselves with our beliefs. If someone believes they have been bad and deserves punishment, then they bring that into their reality.

There is no such thing as a physical place called Hell (or Heaven for that matter). Hell is something that you bring into your own sphere of consciousness with your beliefs.

Heaven is simply the expansion of your conscious awareness that life as we know it on earth is an illusion and that when we die, our soul keeps on living, eternally as it always has and always will.

We are spiritual beings here to experience a human existence, for the evolution of our souls, which never end.

I agree with the others who said that God is a loving Father who punishes His children to help them learn from their mistakes. Parents sometimes have to punish their children when they mistakes; they do this out of a sense of love and not hatred. Also many time we think God is punishing us when it's just us suffering the consequences of our own mistakes. Every action brings a consequence whether good or bad.

Hi! Just try and see a world with no bad consequences to choices or actions! Ciaos! You have a free will(Soul) and therefore you choose your path. Sometimes the only way we learn whats good is to be punished when we dont do good! God Bless!

Like people have stated before .. its what all loving parents do. I suggest though that you do research about what exactly your soul is?

The original-language terms (Heb., ne′phesh [?פנ]; Gr., psy·khe′ [ψυχή]) as used in the Scriptures show “soul” to be a person, an animal, or the life that a person or an animal enjoys.

Genesis 2:7 And God proceeded to form the man out of dust from the ground and to blow into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man came to be a living soul.

Because of the same reason parents punish their children. The reason for that is because HE loves you and everyone on this Planet and beyond. Just like parents punish their children only because they love them and only want the BEST for them, just like HE wants the BEST for everyone. HE doesn't punish you persay, HE is only trying to create a path for you, and path for goodness and great many other awesome things!! :) Remember... " HE HAS a Plan for YOU ". ALWAYS Remember that. What is punishment? I feel loved, not punished. If I work within God's natural law, I am blessed. When I do not, I am given the lessons I need to return to the law.

you're afflicted with the false impression that eternity is only a continuation of time. Theologians as far decrease back as Augustine and Boethius understood that there grow to be no binding reason to trust that the series of previous, recent and destiny that we journey in this existence ought to proceed after lack of existence. merely contained in the most suitable century, physicists also got here to comprehend (1500 years after the theologians) that aspect exists as part of this universe, not self reliant of it. In different words, your argument rests on an invalid assumption. What if the instantaneous you step previous this international, you're performed with "years" for reliable--there is not some thing in spite of the undeniable fact that the eternal Now (as C. S. Lewis termed it) wherein you're stuck with what you're, for there is no extra growing? What if there is no extra time for repentance, because there is no extra time? What do you do then? I also suspect that you're pondering Hell (as many do) as an section you go. there's a minimum of one passage the position Jesus employs the metaphor of disease to communicate about sin (Matthew 9:12). evaluate Hell (it truly is the outcome of sin) in that effortless. imagine of it as a ailment which we've already stuck, and see you later as we've it, it would not count number the position we are--each and every position will be Hell. All God does is enable the exterior ecosystem to compare the interior essence. in spite of the undeniable fact that, in case you want to keep on flogging the cost of cruelty antagonistic to God, go ahead. C. S. Lewis remarked that the single really plausible cost which could be leveled antagonistic to God is that he's an inveterate gambler, yet (i'm paraphrasing now) unbelievers are not imaginitive adequate to make it.

Because without a soul, there's no way we could attain eternal life. Eternal life certainly cannot be attained with a body only. Only the soul lives forever.

Also, it's God's will to have our souls be with Him in Heaven after we die. If our souls end up taking the "down escalator," though, it's because we in effect have sent ourselves there.

You have a soul because God gave us one. He only punishes His children. We are commanded to forgive others because God forgave us.
