What's with all the women round here? Is it now illegal not to have died blond hair, or (worse still) streaks and highlights like old sick? What happened to natural beauty?

OK Bethany, "Dyed" not "died"!

It's a self esteem issue, I've been guilty of it myself. A lot of women think that if they're not blond then they're not attractive. I grew out of that in college, but a lot of women NEVER get past it. One thing I've noticed and find particularly disturbing is that it seems like the hairstyle/uniform of the middle aged woman and the cruelest irony of all is that it only makes them look older. Of course, we're both stating personal opinions here, but I find it refreshing to hear it from your point of view as a man.

Lots of women have dyed their hair, not "died" it... even though you may think it looks dead.
I like highlights, I think it adds dimension to the hair.
If you prefer natural beauty, does that mean no makeup and hairy legs too?? What about toothpaste, it's not natural!
Oh wait, you speak as though you are from England, please disregard the toothpaste comment as I don't want you to take it the wrong way.

I don't like bleached blondes. It's like the lighter their hair, the less brain cells they have. I think it's all the chemicals. After a while anything looks good to them. Even seagull crap. I personally like my hair natural or a solid shade of red.

I also don't like highlights for myself.but I think sometimes if the right colours are added then it does look good. it gives colour to the face.

If they are done correctly, they look nice. Blonde hair is highly overrated though. I don't know why women cannot be happy with what they have.

Yeah you are right I looks horrid.
I think you get a better and cheaper effect with a couple of luminous green and orange high lighter pens though !
