Drink warm water with 2 slices of Lemon and make sure the juice is squeezed into it. Have this every morning instead of tea or coffee. After two weeks you will see your skin improve and start to glow. Also it will help your eyes sparkle. You can also us Lime or a mixture of both.

As an acne sufferer myself, I came out to a hot country for three months. I thought I was doomed.
But amazingly, after about a month I had people commenting on how clear my skin looks. And now in my second month, I look even better!

The secret is: Water. Drink a few litres, everyday. No alcohol either, I know it sounds hard, but if you want to pull the next time you go out, just do it. Trust me, its worth it.
I'm also going to the gym very regularly, eating salads and healthy meat everyday all day, I'm also drinking a lot of fresh Juices, and eating a LOT of fruit.

But I would still have to say, that water is probably the best treatment. The more you drink daily, the better.

No saturated fatty foods

The best thing though is drink 2 litres of clear fluid (cordial is OK but t and coffee are diaretics so NO!) a day and excersise for 20 minutes a day, if the blood is pumping well your skin will benefit.

Go for a run, right now!

I know this isn't a food - but the best thing of all is to drink lots of water!!

Foodwise - lots of fresh fruit and vegtables. No "junk" food. Even things like pizza have a lot of fat.

Highly spiced foods are not good, nor alcohol, nor caffeine!!!

It is a pain, because so many lovely foods can be less than good for skin. Chocolate eg......

I guess the best thing is to try and get a balance - eat what you like but include lots of fresh foods, and drink lots of water.

Hope this helps.

Lots of water first of all. Secondly stay clear of oily foods and foods with a lot of sugar. Vegetables, fruit and nuts are great for skin - especially almonds. Keep your skin clean, use a toner twice a day and a light oil free moisturizer (don't buy anything expensive, Oil of Olay is excellent). For spots, use a blemish stick like Burt's Bee's Wax Herbal Blemish Stick, it really works wonders. Good luck!

Fresh fruit and vegetables and you should drink a lot of water a day. 5-6 cups a day I know it sounds a little crazy but drink a lot throughout the day. A sign your skin is thirsty is your lips get chapped it's like your lips need water! So drinks lots of water! Also exfoliate everyday if you have a big zit or pimple put a little bit of toothpaste right before bed (white without gel) and in the morning wipe it off. Hope I helped! :)

Foods high in anti-oxidants are generally good for you particularly good for the skin and are said to help prevent cancer. Anti-oxidants include vitamins and minerals like selenium and some amino acids. So lots of fruit and vegetables, at least 5 portions a day and protein. Protein is probably best in the form of white meat like chicken. Some research point to red meat not being so good and it's high in saturated fats - and so cholesterol.

my staple diet consists of chicken and grapes (yes together, yum!), cereal in the morning (usually rice crispies), broccoli, brussels, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, lettuce. cod, haddock, cockles, muscles, prawns, crab, lobster... and i cant think of any more, but my point, lol, is that i dont have spots.

when i ate chocolate, crisps, MacDonald's, cheese daily - i had loads.

It is not about finding one food to sort your skin out - it is about realising that your body is like your car. You look after it and put all the right things in it i.e. water, your choice of fuel - it will run smoothly and look good for a long time.

You put in the wrong fuel and it breaks down and steam starts rising from the hood when it is over worked ...

look after your self by just making the conscious effort to put the right fuel into your tank.

Avacado, fish, and salads with fruit. Green leafy things are good for you too, such as cabbage, broceli, spinich and herbs.

but the main thing is to drink loads of water, it helps clear your skin and if your skin is dry it can cause spots so the water helps that. if your skin is too oily, then use a lighter cream on your face, as oil causes spots. gud luck. oh yeah, 5 minutes of sun per week. (vitamin E) x

oh and nuts.
