Not at all, My step dad had a hernia and he had one of his testicals removed and about 4 yrs later my mom got pregnant, so no it wont effect you from having kids. ONE WILL DO :)

all a hernia is, is a breech in the muscle wall of your abdomen or groin. The doctor sews it up, and you're good to go...
