it is aginst the law to kill and in the usa it is aginst the law to kill most.. if not all... wild birds because some backwards third world contry wants to call crows there national bird and in a pact with the united nations we agreed not to kill outher contries national bird so now some poor family in oregon can no longer collect the the 25 cent bonty on mag-pies save thier farm or eat this winter...damb the japanies

Yes it is illegall because Crows are a federally protected bird. Harming, maming, if caught you can be in trouble with the law, anything from a fine to jail time.
