I'm looking to find out what the best time of the year to travel to New York as far as weather wise. I have been in August (hot nasty) and March (too cold) so far and I want to know when is it really nice weather

May and June are the best.

In the summer time. Everybody is out having fun at the day and the night time. So much to do and so much to see!!! how about June or July. August may be really hot. Hope I could help!!!

Mid May is a really nice time the flowers are blooming its not too cold or hot and you will have fun!

May/June should be GOOD, when u have some rains...

But New York should be visited at all times of year, because it is a beautiful city.

Autumn is best as the days are warm but not hot and the evenings are cooler but still warm enough that you won't need heacy clothes or coats. Mid-September to November is probably best.

Christmas in NY..usually the weather is not too cold, rockerfeller center is awesome, people are usually nicer, and you cant beat the dislays in the store windows.
