I have NO IDEA! I mean, why does he always have to be like THIS??? Why can't he just be like THAT??? God!!!!

Your question is rather vague, and you haven't typed any details so it is hard to answer you. Why is God ALWAYS like what?
God is God. He is the beginning and the end. He does things His Way and in His Timing. God's ways and our ways are not the same. Just like His timings and our timings are not the same. We humans tend to want God to do something for us right now!! But God knows when we are ready for what we ask of Him and when He knows we are ready and it's His will, then He will give us what we ask for.
