Cajun martini: Just a touch of dry vermouth (I usually put 3-4 ice cubes in my strainer glass, add the vermouth, swirl it around and then strain it all out. Enough stays on the glass and ice for a little bit of flovor.) I then pour in about 7 ouncs of pepper vodka (I have 8 ounce martini glasses), stir and pour into a chilled martini glass. I then take 3 jalapeno stuffed olives, put then on a long pick and put them in the glass.
