ok i'm not engaged to this guy, he's just a possibility. I just wanted to see what others thought about this. personaly i have NO problem marrying a guy 6 years older. I relate better with guys that age.

Age doesn't matter. The thing you should be worried about is do you both love each other. My dad is 6 years older than my mom and they are happily married. Age should not matter....just like foot size. It's whats on the inside and if you love the person.

Look, if a six year difference bothers you so much that you have to ask a bunch of strangers. Then its obvious that you don't think its ok to marry a guy 6 years older. 6 years ain't much.
Maybe it's not the age difference that's bothering you. Look a little deeper into your relationship. Don't jump into anything if you have doubts.

My dad is 7 years older than my mom and they have been married for 20 years! Just as long as you love each other that 's all that matters.

Age shouldn't matter. If you are questioning the possible marriage its probably not just the 6 yrs difference. You should take a good look at your relationship.
