Thje interesting thing is that he was almost certainly betrayed by an Iraqi or Iraqis, which signals that the weight of Iraqi public opinion is starting to turn against these foreign murderers who are killing indiscriminately in their country.
They may not like the Americans and the Brits being there but my guess is that they are even more fed up with the Jordanians and Egyption, and Pakistani terrorists who are killing Sh-ites and trainee policemen, and all the rest.

A 500 pound bomb did. Conspiracy theorists will create wack diversions though. They will come up with every crazy theory in the following weeks. Just to keep themselves entertained. You should always question authority. But at the same time you should realize that war is not fantasy like Lord of the Rings. It would be irresponsible to create a conspiracy theory on this issue.

A few of his own high ranking followers ratted on his butt. Guess they figured a modern, evil, lifestyle with 25 million dollars was better than a 10th century, nomad, lifestyle. He probably wanted them to be a suicide bomber and , since they were high ranking, they don't do that. Only the low ranking lemings do that.
