The names Tsar and Kaiser come from Caesar, his military tactics are still used as a teaching aid in military colleges such as Sandhurst. He lived a life that was more like a comic book adventure hero, kidnapped by pirates, conquering other civilizations and taking Cleopatra as a lover. He has a month of the year named after him and he rearranged the calender (that's until Pope Gregory sorted it completely) He was popular among the ordinary Roman people and his soldiers adored him.

Without him, I bet most people including me would not be that excited or interested about the Romans.
From his assassination to Cleopatra, Hollywood Movies, his conquer, his supposedly saying about I come, I see, I conquer, etc.
