I would suggest Great Bay beach hotel. its right at the foot of town and the beach there is never crowded. Plus its walking distance to all the shops. If you want something closer try Holland House which is in the heart of town. From the front you have the shops from the back you have to beach.

I haven't been there for awhile but when I went I stayed at Holland House it was great. Clean rooms wonderful staff the only draw back was that it doesn't have a pool. I also stayed at the Sapphire Hotel but that is a bit from philsburge but it was worth it jacuzzi on the balcony pool parties free giveaways it was great

I suggest you visit your local travel agent. They can save you money on a fantastic hotel along with airfare if you book a package.
There are a lot of great hotels. You can actually look at them in a travel agency.
You can also take advantage of the experience of an expert
