its better to eat it and enjoy every last bite, then it is to not eat it and be worried, the stress from it will make you gain more then just eating and enjoying it, teehee

Gosh! I know exactly what you mean. If I were you, I´d put that box in a cabinet where you can´t see it all the time and (hopefully) will forget it´s there. And I´d also keep baby carrots handy...at least, that´s what I do at home because those Oreos cookies are too damn good to resist!! :)

If you think that wouldn´t work, try taking them to work or school, and have your friends eat them for you. That will really help you to lose weight and gain cool points among your friends. Good luck!!

Do something artistic that expresses how you feel after succumbing to temptation.Write affirmations about how strong you are, and how fit and healthy you will be. Take a walk to clear your brain, have a up of tea with honey to quench your sweet tooth. Search yahoo answers for questions about diabetes, and be turned off by sugar's possible effects on the body.Look at images of "the largest people in the world", and connect that with eating sugar...Just eat some good fruit.

Exercise for quite awhile, then have some. It'd be a shame to throw it out since your mommy went through all that trouble. Or invite some friends over and share. Then exercise just enough to burn off the calories that you ate.

It's time to step up to the plate. If you really want to lose weight, have part of one treat and bring the rest to work for your co-workers. Then, start an excercise program, get rid off all the junk food in your house and replace them with healthy alternatives. I applaud you for knowing you need to lose weight, now you just need to take the next step. Just think how good you will feel when you accomplish your goal of a healthy you!

You don't have to throw it away. There are homeless people all over the world. Give the whole thing to a homeless shelter near you. Or have one small piece from the box and pass the rest around. You don't have to tell mom you didn't eat the whole thing.

If you cant limit yourself you should probably give it to someone who isnt counting calories. Just remember that when you lose the weight you want you can eat a small amount of the foods you love and not feel guilty about it. You and your health are worth it and good luck!

Losing weight is not about dieting - it is about changing your lifestyle - if you deprive yourself of everything that you crave you will eventually eat more of it - take a little piece to satisfy your craving and then move on - walk the dog, call some friends, don't just sit around thinking about it ..... easier said than done sometimes but I have found that it works ........

If your goal is to lose weight then you should have some self control and forget about the home-made sweets. There is no exception. Otherwise you'll continue to think its ok to have some here and there and your hard work will have gone to waste.

I would cut a little bit off and put the rest either down the disposal or outside in the trash. That way you don't have to deal with the guilt of eating it, you have gotten a bite to fufill your craving and not cheated yourself or mom along the way. It is ok to have some...just in a way that is not going to hurt all the hard work that you have put in!

Just eat a couple and give the rest away so you wont be tempted to eat any more. Then go work the ones you ate off or take a walk.
