Drink lots of water to flush your system out - even better would be to have some water while you are drinking and avoid being dehydrated and the hangover all together. Eating something with carbs also helps asorb some of the alchol in your tummy. If you are feeling a bit ill it will help to be sick and get that out of your system than suffer trying to keep it all in. And when all else fails drink some more. A bit of the hair of the dog that bit you goes a long way!!!

Take aspirin before you start to drink. In the morning if you have a hangover, start drinking again. At night, keep a foot on the floor to stop spinning.

hangover is the bodies reaction to shock dehydration. alcohol replaces the water in your blood stream.
this causes the muscles to ache because they are not getting water (including the brain).

to cure a hangover before you go to bed drink a 16-24 oz bottle of water. put another bottle of water and/or gatoride/poweraide next to the bed to chug as soon as you wake up. if you wake up to pee during the night get a drink of water or juice before going back to bed each time.

in the morning take 2 tylenol & chug the other bottle of water - then follow up with a breakfast which includes juice or watery fruit like oranges, grapefruit or melon.

2-3 cups of water, sleep, and next time drink stronger.
liquor before the beer you in the clear, not the other way . All that beer then liquor, you going to be sicker. Salute
And those aspirins are necessary

a red eye...tomatoe juice and beer... or... a few pain killers a little more sleep and a multi vitamin, extra water and some exercise
