I am unable to contact dealer/dealers, please email if you know of a sight or something on the internet. I have been searching for days, find many sights in the UK but they never have my stereo. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Infinity is a pain in the ***, they're a great product but I just gave up on trying to contact them and bought something new!

I would suggest contacting a dealer via the web. Most dealerships now have websites with special 'contact us' links, and some even have a special contact page for the service department. You will need to provide them with the VIN number as well as the model number of the radio and they should be able to provide the code for you.

Instead of contacting Infinity... why don't call the mother company ... NISSAN. they might help you with the code that you are looking for.

code: hit radio three times with hammer
if it still doesnt work
open driver side door
close driver side door
hit two times with hammer
if that doesnt work take it to the dealer
