I am buying a new digital camera & i need to know which camera is the best! When I say reasonable, I want it to be under $150...thanks!

As a general rule, everything by Canon, Kodak and Panasonic is pretty good in the lower price range. However, if your budget of $150 includes the memory card, you only have about $120 to spend on the camera. That's bargain basement. You could consider the Kodak C340 or C530.
And not to disparage you - you obviously CAN get a digital camera for that price - but you might be better off sticking with film.

I talk to every one I could be for I bought mine 3 years ago. Kodak is not very good for digital, I got a Fuji it has been good for me I have took wedding pictures and baby pictures all very good. Olympic is better than mine but higher price. I paid $119.00 then.

if you're utilising an AF movie SLR, your first step should be the same corporation's DSLRs for lens/flash compatibility (Minolta AF lenses fit Sony). No DSLR is more cost effective, even with the actuality that, even with all of them being a lot the same.
