I've been cooking for over 40 years. None of the meals have been really hard, but some have been time consuming, like turkey with stuffing and gravy, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole and pumpkin pie for12 people.

I attempted cassole once..my grandmother made it for holidays and such and always made it look so easy..mine turned out like a huge brick of garbage..lol I have made it several times since then and have had success with it, but it still isn't easy. ( cassole is a french dish consisting of several meats and white beans and a very tricky sauce base..)
