The Holocaust could not have happened without the foundation Christianity laid. I mean just read some of the things Martin Luther said. There is also the fact that the protestant leadership in Germany was enthusiastically behind Hitler. And say what you want Hitler considered himself a Catholic and a believer in Jesus.

Lets see during the holocaust--Christian values--how about the underground who spirited the Jews out of their dangerous situation. How about the Franks who hid people? How about the ladies here in America that took over jobs so men could fight? How about the thousands and thousands of true Christians who interceded?
Just because Hitler was of the Christian faith does not mean that he practiced what he was taught. It just means that he knew what he was doing was wrong and he chose to do it anyway.

No Hitler was NOT a member of the CHRISTIAN faith. Get your facts straight. Supposedly at some point in his child hood he had some Catholicism introduced to him---that's not a given.
No, don't even insinuate that Hitler was a Christian. He was not.

Just because Hitler said I'm Christian didn't mean he used Christian values.

Hitler was raised christian but was not a practicing member of the faith.He folowed an odd mix of probably pagan beliefs.
The holocaust had nothing to do with Christian values.

Yes, Hitler was, but no he wasn't. He claimed to be a Christian, but he made the point of NEVER being caught inside a church. He hated the church and he severely lost sight of god. He turned to anti-Semitic magazines that said horrible things about Jews. If I repeated some of them, my account could be terminated.
Then he thought he was doing God's will by getting rid of those awful people. But having lost sight of God and not having a way to get back to him (like the church,) Hitler commanded the death of Jews.
The real Christian values were done by Churchill and FDR in saving the Jews, Polish, and all of them.

There were no Christian values being used. You can pin the label Christian on Hitler but that doesn't make him one. Christians are known and identified by the love of Jesus Christ and their way of living and following the Gospel and model of Jesus Christ.

Well you know I read somewhere that he was catholic but how can you equate that to christian? Hitler wasnt right in his mind in the first place. He doesnt even equate to an average joe christian or non christian.

I'm sorry, could you give some references? Hitler was not a Christian; He did NOT follow the teachings of Christ. "Love your neighbor as your self" (Matthew 12:29-24). God bless!
