i'm so afraid of wut people think of me cuz i used to get made fun of, so its hard for me to just go talk to someone i don't know. but i want a bf. do you have any ideas?

first you have to work with you self esteem, it is very important because shy people dont shine too much, be honest, be yourself, you shouls watch HITCH :P

First, quit making excuses as to why you can't meet people (shy). Get out there, introduce yourself, and just TRY to make new friends. You can't find a BF (best friend/boy friend?) overnight, it's something that will come with time.
Second, if you don't go to church, this would be the kind of place I'd want to go to meet someone to start off on the right foot no matter what kind of relationship you're looking for. If your relationship with God is strong, he'll help guide new people in your direction for you. Pray for new friends to come into your life, you'll meet plenty of people who'll share similar likes/dislikes. With God by your side as your #1 friend, you can't go wrong and you'll never be lonely.

i am shy to and i got made fun of to and i always have a hard time geting a bf i've never asked a guy out. but if just don't care wat people say then u should do fine but i know that my advice isn't very good cause i get told that all the time and i still don't have any self cofidence. but maybe if u had some help from ur friends when u try and ask a boy out u would feel better about ur self. but i am not sure i know i don't have any self cofidence cause i worry too much wat other people think of me. but u shouldn't and i am doing some things to my self so that boys will notice me too... so good luck

Everyones answer is right.You may be shy but u gotta watch Hitch.Also if u just stare at a guy and smile(thats not hard is it)you will be suprised that 9 out of 10 guys will come over and talk.Its not rocket science-just smile and stare

All you have to do is sit back give eye contact to any guy you want to meet and always give them a smile and they will come to you.
