I've got bad nerve pain around the lateral aspect of my elbow and down into my little and ring fingers and it's driving me crazy.
Nothing I do eases it at all, painkillers don't touch it, heat and cold make it worse, and I can't find any position to put it in to make the pain stop.
I think it's due to a pinched nerve in my neck, I had physio for a while last year for it, but I moved and didn't get the physio continued. The pain is driving me crazy, I don't know what to do about it, but it keeps me awake at night........Does anyone know ANY way to stop it?

If I were you I'd go and see your doctor. You need to confirm that what you think is nerve pain is that and not due to swelling or muscle damage etc.
There are some drugs good for nerve pain, some antiepileptics are effective, but only available on prescription.
Hope this helps and that you feel better soon

an oestopathic or chiropractic treatment will definitely help, although you will probably need several sessions to get a real cure. i had nerve damage after a bad car accident & found chiropractic worked for me, combined with muscle relaxing drugs (muscle go into spasm when nerve are affected) from my doctor & topical creams like ibuprofen gel which i applied directly to the really painful areas. Good luck! I know constant pain is hell & really wears you down when you have had to contend with it for any period of time.

There are reasons people use it rather than your so called solutions. One its addictive potential is extremely low, two many people are not only prone to addiction from opiate based pain killers but are also allergic, Medicinal Marijuana is not just given out to ease pain like candy, it's given out in extreme circumstances, if someone is in pain and the only other solution is substance they are allergic to, then why would they not use it? Truth be told in SOME situations Medical Marijuana is the only solution

As some one who has had some of the symptoms you have I suggest you go to shoulderdoc.co.uk this is a very good site and might help explain what you are suffering from.
I have just had surgery for a torn rotator cuff and a decompression of the shoulder, my major pain was down my forearm, which was worse at night.
hope this helps

as anything else dosent seem to work, why not try accupuncture,as this can be done at most g.p surgeries under the n.h.s
as for painkillers ,try asking your doctor for a pain killer called dihydrocodeine,it is very strong and is designed for acute pain ,like sharp pain and toothache type pain
it may be a good idea to start physio again,i know it can seem labourious, but they are trained to manipulate the nerves and fix your problem
if you havent tried n.s.a.i.d,s yet such as ibuprofen and diclofenac,it would be worth giving them a go
good luck

Relax.
Taint as bad as you think. It is a treatable condition. Sometimes with therapy, sometimes with surgery. The squeeze is in the elbow area. This I know because I suffer from the same thing and have yet to address the treatment awptions.
Net search "tingling fingers" or "numb fingers"
Good luck
