If you are 14 and older, you can let this be known to a judge and he can change a court order if there is one. If not, or no court order, you should be open and honest to your father and express your feelings, maybe have a meeting with your mother and father together. If your parents dont talk or get along, hopefully they can be unselfish enough to put your feelings first and let you speak and express your feelings openly. I know it is hard honey, and I hope everything goes okay.

Maybe you could stay with your mom for the summer and see how everyone feels about it. Be honest with both parents.

Talk to you parents. Let them know what you want, and that this is really bothering you. Just tell them how you feel, and that you love them both, but that this is what you want for yourself!
