Didn't watch the video.....bad people are made, most of them anyway. If you look at people like a dog.....if you treat a puppy bad, it grows up to be angry and bad!!! If you treat it with love, it grows to be a loving adult dog.....same with people.
Now there are times that, thats not true....if there is a mental disability.

Both. Two biggest factors in who we are and become is environment and nature different people are effected by each at different percentages which is why you can have exact genes and lifestyle and have 2 very different people and have 2 very different genes and lifestyle and have 2 very similar people. Some people for whatever reason are more prone to darker natures and some towards lighter and then some just become what they are nearly completely based on opportunities and influence while growing up.

We are all born into sin. And we are all capable of being the best and worse of society.
People are just like tree's, notice how gardeners place strong strait wooden rods on either side of freshly planted tree's?
These trees are easily influenced by the elements (sin) and tend to grow crocked. So the Rod lead them upward. I'm not sure what NSFW.
But the bible tell us to raise up a child in the way it should go (spare not the "rod" and when it get older he/she will not depart).

I haven't clicked on your link, but here's what I have learned from the BIBLE and GOD's teachers:
1. Everybody is born with a somewhat clean SOUL.
2..The sin's of the Fathers, will be passed on to the third and fourth Generation. This means that messed-up DNA can be passed down. The same demonic angels that tried to curse your ancestor's can follow the family line(heart attacks, sin(alcoholism) etc.) When your born on this EARTH, those angels will follow you and try to do the same to you IF YOU DON'T RESIST.
3. We have a free-will. That's why some family members don't fall for the same stuff that other's in their family do(alcoholism for example)
4. We are all born LOST(Spiritually), but our SOUL's can be programmed while we grow up on EARTH. And yes, alot of people get brain-washed in the NEGATIVE(hitler is an ultimate example) and alot get brain-washed in the POSITIVE(Pope for example) but your not a Child of GOD and headed for HEAVEN unless you get your Spirit RECREATED by ACCEPTING JESUS as your SAVIOUR. HE is the ONLY ONE WHO can RECREATE IT. HE Created you in the first place.

Healthy Children are born with propensity to be interested in certain things. That is if their physiological needs are met.
Parents take those inclinations use them to foster healthy rational self interest and respect or unhealthy irrational self loathing.
