I hate my girls breath while she has nursing pups. I brush her teeth. She is on the best food. Any sugestions that have worked for you.

I asked my vet the same thing. He told me it was bacteria in her mouth, and told me to feed my dog either Yogurt ( just a spoonfull) every other day, or cottage cheese ( just a spoonfull every other day. The good bacteria in these foods, helps keep the mouth clean.

I had the same problem,,,,only when I checked my pet's mouth, she had something stuck between her teeth (fuzz from a tennis ball),,,,removed it, problem solved.
