It is quite common for a 15 year old to have those feelings, like the teacher crush type of thing in school, but as you well know it would be statutory rape if the 30 year old ever acted on it.

It's okay for a 15 year old to like a 30 year old, but it's not okay for a 30 year old to like a 15 year old. Mentally and emotionally there is a very big difference. I wouldn't get involved in a relationship like this. Or at least wait 10 years because no one cares about a 25 year old and a 40 year old. ;-)

Sure it is naturally OK for a 15 year old to like someone older as long as they don't get desperate.

a "crush" is normal, but if that 30 year old acts upon any impulse that is wrong and he should be punished. and that teen shouldn't act upon any impulses either.
