Prepare as directed, using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese and fat free milk.
Safely Checking for Doneness
The best way to test for doneness is to insert a clean meat thermometer into the center of the casserole. Once the temperature reaches 160° F, the casserole is done.

I like to fix this for b'fast
"Pam" spray the dish with olive oil
Take cheese/garlic croutons...pound them to small pieces, place in the bottom of your casserole dish.
Fry up enough bacon to layer what ever dish you may be using ( I use a 9X13" glass dish) Layer this over the croutons
Next beat up 4-6 eggs, add 1/2 cup of evaporated milk and mix (season as you wish)
chop up 1/2 of a sweet onion and half of a tomato (finely chopped) mix this in the eggs. Pour over the bacon and croutons.
Top off with cheese...I use a mix cheese (Swiss and cheddar)
depending on your atmosphere..I bake at 350 for 45 min. Keep checking the eggs to make sure they are done in the middle...Hope you enjoy this dish.

We put eggs, cheese, green peppers, onions, ham, already cooked bacon in a casserole and there is no reason you couldn't add tater tots to that and bake.

Sounds like all you're missing there is a meat, like sausage, ham, or bacon mix together, bake until egg is cooked and there you have it.
I think I'll try it....mmmmmmm
