Well I believe you Joe. Eaters are like cutters and have emotional problems tied into the feeding hormones given to our hogs and chickens on the mass farms. Joe you will die soon. I think they all die before forty. You need to get a new family and get away from all your hates and start small again. Try doing one little thing each day. Increase by one the activity until you reach a limit and then add another activity. Don't eat prepared foods but use grain like wheat and grind it each day and cook it. That's how elephants are tamed or they will kill the trainers because they are hungry all the time.

If this is your true weight then you must like much more than just chocolate.
You will need to make a major change in diet and lifestyle to lose this much lard, start by giving up all sweet drinks, since they are the easiest way to consume huge numbers of calories. Drink only water and natural fruit juices and you will see some difference; cut out junk-food, sweets, cakes biscuits, puddings &c and you will see a big difference. Eat chocolate if you must but not the cheap stuff that is mostly sugar and hydrogenated vegatable fat, try Green and Blacks organic range.
And do some form of exercise.

okay first of all let me ask you why do you eat chocolate?
is it when your depressed? or nervous cause when you are instead of eat the whole chocolate bar eat 1/3 of it and then run while you eat the little pice of chocolate !

you should try joining a group like weight watchers that allows you to still eat chocolate and lose weight at the same time. it's all about portion control.

you should go to a health food store there is a wonderful tasting substitution for chocolate called carob chocolate it comes in bars, and different kinds of candy. it is a must try. and it is healthier for you and also fewer calories.

You should strictly avoid fatty, spicy and carbohydrate foods.
You should eat only sprouts and salads.
