Your sister is probably a Little jealous that you have a best friend that isn't her or hers.
Call your local pet shops, and shelters and see if there are any Dog Show Fun Matches' or other events. Most communities have a fund raising 'dog walk' to raise money for cancer and such. If you can get involved in any such activities, your sister could join you in having fun with the dog.
Otherwise, just try harder to keep the dog out of your sister's hair.
Keep it clean smelling..get treats and try to get sis to feed the dog.
Keep it from making messes, or tearing up sister's things.
Ask your sister what YOU can do to help her hate the dog less.

Tell your mom that you will start training the dog.Whenever it has a bad attitude towards your sister,,correct the dog & say,,be good & talk in a nice tone. When dogs hear aggressiveness,,they will respond that way.Why does the dog not like your sister?Does she treat her mean or speak harshly to her?Try having your sister give the treats in the morning & early evening so the dog will start to realize that the sister is ok.Tell her to treat the animal gently.Tell your mom that you do not want to have this animal that you love end up in an animal shelter,,many dogs do not get adopted.Feel free to e-mail me anytime with questions about training or any question that you may have about your dog.Good Luck.

What exactly is the problem with the dog? Some things can be fixed by training. You could buy a dog crate and keep her in your room, so she's not bothering your family. Post your question again with specific details instead of rambling and I'll try to help you. In the meantime, read "Dog Problems" by Carol Benjamin. You can get it on Amazon.com or order it from a bookstore.

Aww I know how you feel. I would try to start by fixing the reason that you sister doesn't like the dog. And you need to let the dog know that your sister is an ok person because you could end up having bigger problems later.Try compromising with you mom. Tell her that you will do certain things with the dog to keep it. I hope it works out. Good luck!

train the dog to be your responsibility so that way you can keep your eye on your "baby"!
You could maybe give her to someone who needs a dog that lives close to you! so then you can visit your "baby:.
