The chemicals in the colour dye might kill head lice, but like the other person said the eggs might remain and hatch later. just use headlice treatment if you do have headlice.

No, sorry, they're pretty sturdy bugs and hard to kill. You'll have to use a special shampoo (and get one that kills the eggs as well as the hatched ones).

no..you need to get medicated shampoo for lice....
