I don't know what lo kome means but if Ti suppose to mean Te it means Te AMo. By the sound of it it might be como the amo which means How I love you. Try to make sure the spelling then I can tell you better

Como te llamo = what is your name
Te amo = i love you
lo come = i ate it
lo come y le amo = i ate it and i love it
the phrase might need some clarification if it is supposed to be Spanish.

it's a language close to Spanish, but i think is Italian, cuz its spelled different but looks the same way to say it "lo como te amo"- "how I love thee"

sounds weird... maybe it's supposed to be "(Oh) how I love you"
Come means how.... although usually in Italian you would say "quanto ti amo" (quanto= how much.... io= I/me but isn't really neccessary to be said)

is that tagalog? something about you love, i think, it has lots of spanish in the language. if it was spanish, it would mean something like "it eats your love" , i never got those tenses down even when i was in spanish class years ago. could be slang too.
