I don't know what lo kome means but if Ti suppose to mean Te it means Te AMo. By the sound of it it might be como the amo which means How I love you. Try to make sure the spelling then I can tell you better

Como te llamo = what is your name
Te amo = i love you
lo come = i ate it
lo come y le amo = i ate it and i love it
the phrase might need some clarification if it is supposed to be Spanish.

Hmmm....well, very, very loosely translated from Italian, "Lo come ti amo" translates in English to "It like I love you" ?????

it's a language close to Spanish, but i think is Italian, cuz its spelled different but looks the same way to say it "lo como te amo"- "how I love thee"

sounds weird... maybe it's supposed to be "(Oh) how I love you"
Come means how.... although usually in Italian you would say "quanto ti amo" (quanto= how much.... io= I/me but isn't really neccessary to be said)

is that tagalog? something about you love, i think, it has lots of spanish in the language. if it was spanish, it would mean something like "it eats your love" , i never got those tenses down even when i was in spanish class years ago. could be slang too.
