they told me i was losing by inches! I dont want that i want to lose by lbs. so heres my question, doen anybody know of an affordable($130&less) program or whatever that reall works and you can tell you've lost weight right away? Im so depressed! ive always been a size 7 now i cant get them over my thighs(LOL) not really funny though. Im really desprete on losing weight. but dont tell me jenny craig or weight watchers i dont have the $! i can only afford that amnt 1 a month

Do you really need a program??? Just watch your calories, fat, etc... (basically, eat right) and then exercise at least 3 times a week.

Maybe you need a program to help you stay focused though???

To lose weight you should want to change your lifestyle!

Those herbal enhancers and needles and crap don't help! My mom went on Weight watchers they make it fun to lose weight and they make it your lifestyle so then it will work! They let you eat whatever but the only thing you have to do is count points you have certain points to your weight. I weigh 125 I get to eat 20 points a day and you also get leaniency if you exercise and such try it!

IT"S FUN! just don't take the berstein diet it DOES NOT WORK IF YOU LOSE WEIGHT TO FAST YOU WILL GAIN MORE HE JUST SHUVES NEEDLES IN YOU AND YA YOU LOSE LIKE 5POUND A DAY BUT WHEN STH GOES WRONG IT aALL COMES BACK AND MORE IT'S NOT HEALTHY!!!!

Slim Fast and exercise helped me lose over 30 lbs. I had to do them both together to get the most results.

If you're looking to loose weight the simplest equation is to burn more calories than you intake... programs like weight watchers are great because they basically simplify this equation by dividing thousands of calories into a convienient points system. however, you may loose weight through these diets but it is unclear what kind of weight you are loosing (fat, muscle, water) because it lacks to incorpoate protein intake. For example, it takes 3,500 calories to burn 1 lb. of fat and 600 calories to burn 1 lb. of muscle. So if you burned 3,500 calories in 1 week you would loose 1 lb. of fat, but you could also theoretically loose almost 6 lbs. of muscle if you do not incorporate protein. To loose weight try eating six small meals a day with no longer than 2-3 hrs. between meals/snacks and in smaller portions. People who gain weight usually fail on the diet part by eating too large of meals, severely limiting calories, going too long in between meals. Doing this causes your body to go into "starvation" mode. By eating too much at one time, limiting calories, and going too long between meals it sends a signal to your body that this may be your last meal and your body protects itself from this by storing these calories as fat. So my best and simplest answer would be to eat six small meals a day with no longer than three hours between meals, exercise regularly, incorporate protein through food or dietary supplements, and drink water.

Swimming and kickboxing helps in rapid wt loss.
Also a high fiber diet is the healthiest way to lose wt.
