You could try some laxatives and see if that helps. They make you miserable though. Or, if you drink the tea at Starbucks, three times a week, it will regulate you, or you can try that yogurt Activia, that works real well. If none of that helps, you'll have to go to the doctor because you could be too backed up for anything to help. Three times a week though isn't irregular, if that's regular for you.

I suugest you take natural stuff, so your body gets regulated, and you don't end up with the opposite problem...getting the runnies.
Take a fibre-rich breakfast, like Kellog's All-Bran or Fruit & Fibre. During the day, eat lots of fruit. And take a big glass of milk before you go to sleep. That should do the trick and keep you regular.
But if it doesn't, you can buy Fybogel from the chemist. It's a natural laxative.

Take Konisyl twice daily. It's a fiber powder you mix into a drink. Way better than the others. It works. Laxatives make you feel horrible. Then eat Kashi Good Friends cereal every morning. It'll keep you regular. It's really unhealthy to be backed up.

Lots of green leafy veggies in your diet will knock that problem right out of the park! Plenty of roughage from vitamin A there, so you'll be ok soon. If not, try a mild laxative like Dulcolax, maybe a saline enema, some magnesium silicate, or see a doctor.

eat lots of fruit and veg. there is no rule where bowl movements are concerned but if you eatt 5 to 10 servings of fruit or veg a day you will probably go everyday. A serving is what fits in the palm of your hand. If you do this, you will not need laxitives, which are not good for you either. Also stay away from milk products for a while

Everyone is different, and not everyone goes every single day. If you do think that you are having a problem, you might want to try taking stool softeners, or a mild laxative (Correctol). Drink extra water, and make sure you are eating enough foods with fibre.

Eat lots of veggies & fruit, drink 8 cups of water a day, and get lots of exercise. Usually this will do it for you. Avoid laxatives, it is better to do this naturally through diet & lifestyle change.

I like something called "Dulcolax" which is a laxative. You'll be pooping in 2-3 minutes.
Good luck.

Not necessarily, if this has always been your routine. Try increasing fiber either through diet or take psyllium tablets. If this is a change, sorry, you need to go to a doctor.
