When I was young, quite a long time ago, it was a budget, basic, wholesome meal in a cheap cafe. The meat was usually sausages and the veggies were usually peas and mash(gravy was included of course). There might still be a few such cafe around the East End.

Isn't this a food question? Why is it under "religion?"
If your really asking a question about food, this is the middle class stereotypical American meal. Some type of meat served with two vegetables. Like meat loaf, macaroni & cheese, and peas. Or chicken, mashed potatoes and corn.

Are you serious? Meat and two veg is slang for a man's bits!! I don't think you can buy them seperately, you'll need a man for that!

Well, you obviously buy them at the supermarket. And by the way, meat and vegetables are very healthy to eat.
Enjoy!

Please tell me you are kidding. But, if you really have to know. Try the street corner with the male prostitutes. They will sell you meat and 2 veggies for a good price.
