Depends on the route. A coach takes 12 hours direct to Amsterdam.

Assuming you use the Tunnel it takes maybe 1.5 hours to get from London to the tunnel, allow another hour to get through then the motorways through france and belgium are mostly pretty fast but you are looking at 5 hours or so
