Mecha. There is also the "Reconquista," "Mexica Movement," and La Voz de Aztlan( who also hates Jews, go visit their website and see for yourself). I am sure La Raza wouldn't mind the SW being given back to Mexico either.

"Does MEChA want the Southwest part of the US to become part of Mexico? This is probably the most ridiculous question and the biggest untruth put out by the racist anti-immigration groups. No MEChA group wants to overthrow the US or put the Southwest under Mexico. In fact, most Chicanos and Mexicans know that Mexico is a country suffering from serious political and economic problems. Why do you think Mexicans are leaving their country? The US has its problems but it is still the country that has a very fair political system and does a fairly good job in respecting human rights. Most MEChA members are just trying to get an education and stay politically active to help other latinos. These days with the universities getting more expensive it is hard enough just to hold some part time job and go to school. The overwhelming number of Latinos are struggling economically in college. There is no time, let alone desire, to overthrow the US. Most Chicanos find it astonishing that anyone would believe that MEChA members are really actually thinking or are making plans for overthrowing the US. MEChA members do not participate in or plan any violent protests. Ask the racist organizations out there to offer any kind of proof that MEChA has participated in violent acts. MEChA is a peaceful and law abiding organization."

The group is called 'La Raza', and counter to the disclaimer from the azteca poster, the objective is 'la reconquista', or 're-conquest' of the former territories of mexico. What isn't known is how widespread La Raza is, or if they're just trying to pitch media stunts to get their name in the paper, or if they're serious and have a violent agenda. I think there's some sort of collusion going on that isn't legitimate support of hispanics' rights etc., but rather a bunch of people out there that are all about getting every dime they can out of the United States, one way or another, when companies do this, it's called a 'hostile takeover attempt',
and I think that our southern states are in the process of being 'flipped' right before our very eyes, but OUR politicians and representatives don't seem to 'get it', the fact that a lot of CITIZENS of america are rightfully upset that criminals from points south are basically allowed to run free, only luckily apprehending a few here and there. Mexico wants open borders with america because basically, bottom line, it's very profitable for them. An interesting question to ask would be what Mexico's economy might look like if we started fining employers, deporting people, and growing our own lettuce, taking out our own trash etc.
But, the 'market' doesn't want you to do that, and the pro-hispanics have been at this stuff for a while, and god forbid you challenge any of it or ask a legitimate question, or you'll be branded a 'gringo racist' or something. Nevertheless, a play is on for the future of america, and I think more americans who consider themselves to be citizens and have a vested interest in the nation's future as such should be corresponding more intensively with our various legislatures to ensure that our representation understands 2 basic facts, namely that there IS a problem, and that americans aren't especially thrilled with the idea of the country being overrun.

When we see Mexico jump up and down with both feet on drugs and gangs and street violence and start taking back their people that have screwed up in america, then we'll know we're on the path to reform on this thing. I think coming to, and living in america is a privilege, NOT a right, and if you're breaking the law in the first place by being inside our US border illegally, there's a bona-fide challenge question as to what OTHER laws you intend to follow. Most countries have laws, ours is no exception, and the future OF america as well as other countries, such as Mexico, rests on good international partnership, co-operation, and mutual commitment to stamping out problems like organized crime and the illegal drug trade. I have reservations as to Mexico's commitment in this matter, and a lot of questions for our own politicians, too, as some of them have been found to benefit financially from situations/conditions that were later found to have been blatantly illegal, but they took the money anyway. I think that whole pro-hispanic thing needs to be looked at under a bright light, and have the answers out on the front cover of our magazines and settle this problem the right way, without
a lot of lobbyists invovled, without the government just doing whatever they feel like and believe benefits their corporate constituents, put it to the People Of The United States how to handle the illegal immigration issue. That's what's good about forums like this, you can state and share your views on the issue.
Bush may say he's the 'decider', but at the end of the day, it's american citizens and taxpayers that have to tolerate and pay for the clever antics, legal or otherwise, of a booming illegal immigrant population from Mexico and central america. Given, most are hard-working, but that in and of itself doesn't make it all better. There's still the issue of how in the world they got IN the country in the first place, and so partly a damning finger of blame has to be pointed at our much-beleagured Border Patrol, as well as employers that think they're helping by giving these guys jobs they technically can't hold. I'll bet if your average american went to mexico today, and applied for a job, it'd be all 'screw you, we have mexicans to do these jobs'. What will america's answer be on the other side of THAT table? Hmmm...
