No.
Proverbs 24:17 Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:
18 Lest the LORD see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him.

I like the way you phrased the question. Either answer will make one look bad.
Yes, it is OK for Christians, the real one, to celebrate the end of evil. Some people are here by design, to test faith. I am not going to speculate whether that man would ever find Christ, but if I HAD to make a guess, id probably go with no.

Since I went to a Baptist university and have studied the Christian Bible pretty well, I think I will chime in. Obviously I cannot speak for any denomination.
Celebrating the death of someone who is unsaved (and we cannot know if at the last moment in the darkness he did not drop to his knees and accept Jesus Christ as his Savior) seems to me to be wrong. I think we should pray that we ourselves are not lead into that temptation of rejoicing in Satan claiming a soul.
Didn't Jesus say that "He who is without sin should cast the first stone"? Even those among us who have accepted The Light into our hearts, those of us who have felt the sweet rush of the angel wings, don't we backslide into temptation and worldly corruption?
Do not rejoice. Rather try a little harder to love those who persecute you. Do your best to lead by example. Live by the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Just my take on things. Peace.

Relieved would be more appropriate. Probably most people think anyone who is an active terrorist isn't going to be saved anyway, so they may be happy that theres one less killer out there. Christians shouldn't be happy and celebrating the death of the terrorist, but sometimes their emotions may get the best of them. Sorry.

I don't think christians are celebrating the death of one who didn't find Christ, as much they are celebrating the end of this particular terrorist's murderous spree. Face it, Iraqi's can feel a bit safer now, not to mention our troops. Won't take long to find a replacement to lure young men to their deaths with bribes of sex in heaven.

A true believer in Jesus, would not celebrate a death. Every time I hear that some one has died, the First thing that goes through my head is were they a borned again child of God. The bible say's to love your enemies, and those that dispitefully use you.

A christian should not celebrate the death of any 'lost' person including a terrorist. It is hard not to be excited about what that might mean in terms of getting our troops home sooner though!

That is a good point, celebrating is wrong, but being happy that he is not around to terrorize and kill people is understandable. Christians are not perfect people. Christians are just people who realize they have done things that have separated them from God (sinning) and need forgiveness. I think that if you go into any church you are bound to find people that have been adulterers, alcoholics, liars etc, but they are working on the problem and are asking God for forgiveness through Jesus.

Bible says that Jesus Christ is the only Savior of mankind.
In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicide attempt.)
What is life all about?
Life is not about wealth,
Life is not about fame,
Life is not about power,
Life is not about pleasure,
Life is not even about family,
Life is not even about health.
All temporal blessings will eventually be parting.
