When a guy starts talking to you, on a night out, or at work for example, what is your first reaction?

Thanks ladies, next question. Everything is going ok and the chit chat is there. When is a good time to ask her if she wants to take things further? (Not jump into bed straight away, but this would be ok, but to see if she wants to see you again etc.)

You need to sound interested and concentrate but not too much as she might think you are gay. Why don't you just be yourself.
Or you could find out somewhere or something she really likes (eg her fave restaurant) and offer to treat her out. You cld mention a film at the cinema you want to see and wait for her reaction, and if she wants to see it too then ask her to go with you. Don't act nervous..act friendly and sweet. I am sure she will be yours soon. Good Luck.

Calmness ,you get the upperhand because the guy is always the nervous if you are calm and he is not then it means he has the heart 4 u.What ever you do there would somesorts of a relationship in a few weeks.

I think I, like most girls, check out his body language. The way he stands or sits or walks, the tone of his voice, the expression in his eyes...it definitely speaks a lot about what guys are thinking. On a night out, if I have a crush on him, I would pbobably be thinkin....does he like me?

A girl thinking how long she has..... She doesn't want to look like a fool so she listen to her closes friends but even a girls closest friend has no idea what to do. That's where girls mess-up at. So a girls thoughts are serious, play-full, and freaky.
You can't figure out what she's thinking, but you can figure out how she feels.

If she's a single girl it depends. If she's a married girl, she would be either offended or just like whatever "leave me alone; I'm married".

It depends on how he talks to me, and then i go from there.
If he says something that is sexual in our conversation or when he is greeting me, i would say he is a horny monkey.
If he says something that compilments me, i would say he is nice.
If he says something that is just disgusting, i would say he is an a** hole.
