i dont know any thing about making a wibsite
i want to know the things that ican start with ,in the same time to be able to make a wibe site

Yahoo has a thing called site builder.... try that! I used it to make mine, works well.

Go to a search engine called search.com In the address bar of your computer type "http://www.search.com" . This is just one of many search engines available on the internet. When you arrvive at the search engine type in "web page tutor" and this will direct you to many sites to "make a wibe/web site"

not sure what is wibe or wib site is...
if you mean web site, you can use frontpage, even word can do
